All you want
is to be wrapped
inside the dough,
feel the press
of warm hands
shaping its folds
around you
as you curl to fill
the hollow.
You imagine them
tucking you
into the bamboo
basket, boiling
the water beneath,
and you wonder
what it must be
to steam.
